What this site can and cannot do
This site is an independent guide, not a tour operator, so it cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. For that, use the confirmation email from GetYourGuide; it has the operator’s details and the cancellation link. Most tours on this site allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before; the seaplane does not.
For questions about the bridge itself, such as sidewalk hours or a closure, the walking page has the schedule and the toll page explains how southbound tolls are collected. A wrong answer on either of them is exactly what the address above is for.
