What I can and cannot do
I am an independent guide, not a tour operator, so I cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. For that, use the confirmation email from GetYourGuide; it has the operator’s details and the cancellation link. Most tours on this site allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before, and the seaplane is the one that does not.
For questions about the bridge itself, such as sidewalk hours or a closure, the walking page has the schedule and the toll page explains how southbound tolls are collected. If you found the wrong answer on one of them, that is exactly what the address above is for.
